Import format and Shopify compatibility

Simple CSV: sku, title, price, stock; optional currency, category (product type), description and specs. Shopify CSV: legacy and current headers, variant continuation rows, extra image rows, product metafields and additional columns are retained. Blank Shopify SKUs receive a labeled local ID. Missing inventory is marked Not imported and cannot be used to calculate bundle availability. Imports add variants and do not overwrite existing SKUs.

Product details follow Shopify’s product, organization, media, options, pricing, inventory, shipping, search-engine and metafield groups. API-only structures are stored as JSON for later integration; store-specific taxonomy, metafields and references are not validated locally. This release exports a JSON backup, not a Shopify-ready CSV.

Data storage

Work requests and their history use this app’s managed cloud database, separated by signed-in user. An approved catalog save stays in this browser and can be copied to this account. Store credentials are saved encrypted for this workspace and are not shown here. Theme drafts stay in this browser.

Export local drafts and catalogs before clearing browser storage. Client-owned destinations will require an explicit connection and migration step.

Users & permissions

Use a private Google Sheet as your user directory. Read or upload it, review the changes, then apply them. Access uses the last approved snapshot saved on the server.

The site’s private access gate remains in place. Adding a sheet row does not grant access to the site itself. Shared work requests use server-enforced roles; theme drafts and catalog files remain local to each browser and are not shared by this directory.

Your data stays yours.

We never read customers, orders, or sales. Connection checks read the shop name. Catalog sync reads product data only when you request it. Credentials stay encrypted on the server and are not returned to this page. Reload shows the last saved status. It does not check the store again.
